    dear Shirley. my account was 'military_master' (verified) and I don't want this nickname anymore. wanted to register new one with my gf ('notyoursesther') and got banned both accs. tried to re-register and now both of our IDs blocked :( I might have misunderstood the affilate registration link, my bad, but in fact I have no idea what I've done wrong. could you pls help to unblock our IDs?

    Forgot to mention i contacted support and they gave me 0 reasons and keep repeating me that the account was banned yes i can see that but whats the reason what will happen with the tokens I allready had on that account! 0 support from chaturbate so I hope that you can help me with that once again sorry for texting you here I still hope someone will help me.

    Hello. I bought tokens with my credit card through Epoch. A message said that I would be able to see them on my account in about 10 minutes.     Hey, two of my accounts have been banned now claiming I'm underage although I provided valid military ID both times, I give up on using my military ID and I don't have a passport (to much time to get it) and I can't get a drivers license for medical reason. I was wondering if I shelled out the 60 dollars to get a state ID if that would be accepted. I'm 18 as of 9/16. (ID: dankguy710)

    I am writing to You because of one of our performers (login Elissa19) was banned.
    That occured on SEP 21, 2016, and till today Chaturbate's support is ignoring us.
    They don't read my e-mails and always answer like a parrot with the same sentence. (auto-response?)
    The problem is huge and 420 characters aren't enough to describe it.

    Tried multiple times to reach support via email without any response, my account has been flagged for some unknown reason to me. Cannot use any of the tokens I have earned from broadcasting.     Hello, I am a long time broadcaster and supporter of chaterbate. My user name is Honered1. I recently found that I cannot broadcast, my chat messages are not being seen in any room and I cannot tip or start private shows. I have tried contacting support but it has been over a month now without a reply. Any help in this matter so that I can resume broadcasting would be greatly appreciated.
