    Shirley, i've just seen an email. I've provided verification of my ID a month ago (AUG 13), Please review it.
    But anyway in a few days after providing and unban, i got a ban for the Second time (SEP 7).

    Hello my username is Remedy26 I tried logging in this morning and it said my account was banned for age?? I've contacted the support email and only got one email back saying I should hear back soon, have yet to hear anything. Just curious how long it takes til these issues are resolved?

    Thanks for posting and your account is now unlocked. Please be aware of exactly who is visible on your cam stream in the future. This is a warning :) However, if it happens a second time and you will have to be banned permanently.

    Hi viena. I'm sorry, but once you sign up with a studio, you must work with them to cam on Chaturbate. If you wish to leave the studio, you need to have the STUDIO send an official release of your user name and account information to Support@Chaturbate.com. Support can help you from there.

    Is there another way to veryfy my membership?
    Also CB has all the ID documents and everything was ok. Could you just send me some individual information

I had them look up "vavor", since you mentioned that in you =-r other post and that account has never had age verification documents added to it, either.

    Recently my account @couplecamshow was banned, and when I tried to inquire about it, support responded, "We are sorry, but we are no longer able to assist you."

    As far as I know, we never violated the TOS, and we were never given a reason or explanation for the ban. Really confused and frankly upset

    Hi, I just made my Chaturbate account like a day ago. My username was nevr_innocent . I tried to submit ID photos but they were rejected. I logged in today and was banned. I contacted support but they answered nothing. I feel like no one read my message. Maybe you can help me? I'm sure this was a mistake. I don't understand what I did to deserve to be banned. I hope this can be resolved.

    I would understand this explanation if you weren't the only cam site that bans people for this reason. All other sites use virtual ID as well and are happy accepting it as is no matter how you look and they seem to be doing just fine :)

    Most other cam companies aren't based in the US, however. @a_haze420. Because we are fully based in the US, the rules we have to follow to remain in business are more strictly enforced.

    I believe myfreecams and streamate are both American based and again both accept virtual ids as is and don't require someone to "look" a certain way. :)

    My account is banned... again

    I work on chaturbate 2 Years and this is the second time (during last month) i faced with a ban.

    To my mind, i've received a ban again because of fake report from a man which invited me private and by using report he wanted to bring his tokens back.

    Verifying your identity has nothing to do with the reason your account is locked at present. I'm sorry, however you will need to wait for the review to be conducted and then if no pre-recorded material was streamed on your account, it will be opened again.

    Unfortunately, our technical department can’t review your internet connection. However, here's a tip for earning more when you are broadcasting: Let people know ahead of time through sites like Twitter that you will be on cam and be sure to encourage people to follow you so they receive notification when you are online

    Hi we are having real issues streaming and we have done all we can our side of things and feel it could be something within chaturbate causing our issues. The profile is bob1326. We have been streaming for a few years but over the last few months things just will not work for us. We have upgraded our internet, got a new MacBook, we are using the c920 webcam as suggested and nothing works.

    I've asked tech to take a look at your account stream but that may take a bit of time for them to research and resolve. Have you tried installing a NEW flashplayer on your computer set up? The recent updates by Adobe are not backwards compatible and are causing a slow down in stream relay with older Flash players.

    Hi this is model ShcoraS I am not able to receive tokens anymore due to someone else shown in my cam by accident.     Thank you for posting, however it is not your age that needs to be verified. You will need to submit for age verification of the OTHER person who appeared on your cam by uploading that person's ID and photo of the person holding the ID. Submit the same things for them that you did to open your account in the 1st place.
