    Paxum no longer transfers to India.CB also doesn't transfer to Payoneer card anymore.So I was wondering what payment methods Indian models use.I have some tokens which I want to convert into cash.If you could please tell me the full procedure so that my money doesn't get stuck gain.I would be highly grateful.

    @punker barbie @roydz I made a twitter account but their was no option of message on their profile so I called them.The support told that firstchoicepay is a separate entity now and even if some indians have that it would be closed for them soon.

    Thank you punker barbie you are doing a great job by helping us when no one listens but check is really a lengthy process.I would just prefer to wait till next year when maybe paxum EFT restores and a new payment option is introduced.

    Thank you for posting. If you could please provide/confirm your CB user name I can give you more specific information. However, in general a passport may be denied if it is from a country CB has banned from the service, the person held/was linked to other accounts that have also been banned, or because the passport appears to be invalid/fake, among other reasons.

    My account was banned recently and I'm not sure why. I contacted support and got an automated message. I then tried emailing you and friends of mine said that the response I got didn't appear to be you. I'm extremely sorry if it was and I'm simply being annoying, but I'd really just like to know how I violated the ToS.

    My passport was not approved properly. reason, its not look like me. May be I have to change my passport picture later from the passport office.

    But now I want to submit my another ID. (driving licence)

    Your account was closed upon creation in 2016 because your appeared to be under the age of 18 at the time you uploaded your ID. Your account has never been reopened, so I'm sorry but there is not much I can do to help you. You can try creating a brand new account and you may have matured enough to pass age review at this point.

    Thank you for your post. Moderators tracked another female on your stream for over an HOUR. Please upload the ID for that person and your account will be unlocked, if they pass age verification and review. Support is sending you a screen cap of the person who needs to be age verified.

    Support did send you a new password 2 days ago…. Please check for an email from Support@Chaturbate.com, which is being sent to you tonight (US). It includes the steps to prove you are the owner of the account and then Support can disable the phone verification. They will also send the steps to change the email address. Please follow the instructions and your account will be back in your control quickly.

    Hi, I was hacked.

    If you work for CB please help me. Enter in direct contact with me. We could be talking about very serious issues, they probably have my ID because the insecurity of CB. They entered my account, they changed the email, they probably stole the tokens and deleted my account. I have 2 step verification on my PERSONAL MOBILE PHONE.

    Shirley, i've just seen an email. I've provided verification of my ID a month ago (AUG 13), Please review it.
    But anyway in a few days after providing and unban, i got a ban for the Second time (SEP 7).

    Hello my username is Remedy26 I tried logging in this morning and it said my account was banned for age?? I've contacted the support email and only got one email back saying I should hear back soon, have yet to hear anything. Just curious how long it takes til these issues are resolved?

    Thanks for posting and your account is now unlocked. Please be aware of exactly who is visible on your cam stream in the future. This is a warning :) However, if it happens a second time and you will have to be banned permanently.

    Hi viena. I'm sorry, but once you sign up with a studio, you must work with them to cam on Chaturbate. If you wish to leave the studio, you need to have the STUDIO send an official release of your user name and account information to Support@Chaturbate.com. Support can help you from there.

I had them look up "vavor", since you mentioned that in you =-r other post and that account has never had age verification documents added to it, either.

    Recently my account @couplecamshow was banned, and when I tried to inquire about it, support responded, "We are sorry, but we are no longer able to assist you."

    As far as I know, we never violated the TOS, and we were never given a reason or explanation for the ban. Really confused and frankly upset

    Hi, I just made my Chaturbate account like a day ago. My username was nevr_innocent . I tried to submit ID photos but they were rejected. I logged in today and was banned. I contacted support but they answered nothing. I feel like no one read my message. Maybe you can help me? I'm sure this was a mistake. I don't understand what I did to deserve to be banned. I hope this can be resolved.

    I would understand this explanation if you weren't the only cam site that bans people for this reason. All other sites use virtual ID as well and are happy accepting it as is no matter how you look and they seem to be doing just fine :)

    Most other cam companies aren't based in the US, however. @a_haze420. Because we are fully based in the US, the rules we have to follow to remain in business are more strictly enforced.

    I believe myfreecams and streamate are both American based and again both accept virtual ids as is and don't require someone to "look" a certain way. :)
