    Hi Shirley.My account was banned for underage suspicion (account name "yumihearts"). I submitted all my documents again, but no result. Today, I found out that a studio where I was supposed to work is artificially banning me. They told me: it is us who are banning you and we will not let you work unless you work for us. Also, I will not be able to work on CB as the studio people will keep banning me.Best.Yumihearts

    Thank you for posting. If you are trying to transfer from Paxum to your bank account, you will need to contact Paxum for information on how to do that. If you want to change your payment method with Chaturbate to wire transfer, then email Support@Chaturbate.com. Please note that there is a $500 minimum payout required to receive wire transfers for your country.

    Yesterday one guy was spamming at my room and were asking other guys to report my room. Today i visited my room and it says i'm banned
    Also, i can assume this guy could write fake reports under other names. Please pay your attention to this

    Dear Shirley, may you please help me, one of my accounts: Halsey18 has been banned with no reason. I know that I haven't done anything against TOS, and they say it was due to Suspected violation of them. However no specific reason, what happened is that someone else appeared on cam before.

    Shirley, I regret all what i said and made here on this forum, only you have independent point of view which can help me to resolve this technical issue. Please.

    I didn't want to make any post here about ID and i regret that i made it but Please take a look at my situation from my point of view.
    I'm single model on Chaturbate and i don't have anybody who can protect me and find solution of this issue instead of me.

    On Jan 4 i got the message from Support that i need to upload another ID because my face doesnt match the photo in ID.
    *My account wasn't banned*

    I made a mistake and uploaded the same ID, even when i was able to provide another ID - International Passport.

    After this mistake my account got a ban and Support no more longer assist me.

    My account is still able to upload photos for age verification and there're already uploaded new photos with my another ID - International Passport, please compare both of my IDs and make sure i'm the owner of both of them.

    Hi, I have transferred my tokens to cash. I do not have a payment method set up and as I don't live in the US I am still deciding what the best payment method is to get my funds.
    My profile now says I have 0 tokens and have transferred it to cash. What will happen to this as I dont have the payment method set up there is no way for chaturbate to send these funds anywhere?
    My chaturbate account is bonnienoire.

    Thank you for posting. If you convert tokens without a payment method on file they remain in your account until you provide Cb with your preferred payment method. While it may show 0 tokens, they have not disappeared. They are awaiting the information on where to send them. :)

    A couple years ago I had work on CB with my boyfriend for about a month, then our room has been banned. After many messages to support I got answer about the reason - we were look to young and our room had many complains that we look underage.
    Several days ago I email support with that story, provide photos how I look right now (29 years old) and ask permission to start new solo account [cont]

    I changed my payment details on December 14 and support confirmed everything was ok, my tokens auto cashed out on the 16th of December using wire transfer method However, I've yet to receive anything even though it's showing I've cashed out and it's been weeks now.
    It's my first cash out and I'm struggling money wise, just wondered if you had any update?

    Thank you for posting. As of 1/2/2017 your bank is showing the payment as still pending. If your bank has not cleared the payment by Friday, December 12 (US date), please email Support@Chaturbate.com for help in redirecting the payment.

    Hi Shirley!! The Chaturbate username for the current Issue I'm having is livihumanity. A few days ago I logged into my CB account to check and see how my RevShare affiliate earnings were doing and I saw $-359.14 in my payout!! I emailed support and they say that this is a refund and all my future RevShare earnings will count towards turning the negative into a zero.... [CONT.]

    My user is deviousslave.
    For unlocking my account I need to send verification photos. On this account is another registered model (her name had initials I.F. from before marriage).
    Support says it's the wrong person because we sent photos with the ID and her name is different after the marriage.
    It's the same social security number and we attached a marriage certificate with the name change.

    Hi, maybe you can help me. My account, whaaaaaaaat was hacked according to CB a few days ago. I went through the proper procedures and submitted the verification info and was able to regain access to my account and create a new password. I then did 2 shows including yesterday morning. Then in the afternoon I was unable to access my account again. I do not know why. I have not been banned or done anything wrong.

    Thank you for posting. Please send an email to Support@Chaturbate.com as I am unable to help with payment choice changes. As for the new account--if you can get the studio to give you a written release from working with them, send that to the same email and you can probably keep the account.

I recently cashed out my tokens without setting up a payment information (Im new here) and it successfully "transferred them to cash" but then I received an email to set up a payment information? Will I still get my earnings sent to my newly updated payment info address? ? Will my tokens disappear like some of the other horror stories im reading about??? My account is @shyangel666

    Tokens never disappear--ever. Even if there is a hack, credits are given to broadcasters. The only time tokens are forfeited is for criminal TOS violations. In your case, the tokens are simply waiting for you to set up a payment method & plz don't forget to file a W9 before end of January

    @sugarpie666 You can email Support@Chaturbate.com for confirmation your W9 has been filed. If you want to change information and submit a new one, you can download the form from https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf and submit it through your CB account. :)
