    Me too! My camera is HD and my friend gave it to me as a gift for camming.. then one of those stupid members who never tips tells my that my camera is not HD and I'm like -"dude! my camera says right there HD" LOL! :snaphappy:

    I know why it is not the same guy - I figured it out - It's because I'm caribbean and the guy that harassed me is latino. Your guy must be an american -so you see, there are room helper trollers everywhere :troll:

    It never came to my mind that I was looking on the wrong statement -I did contact customer support one time and never saw the refund. After that -If I dont like the item I sell it or give it away. I dont return things I like.
