    Hi, Thanks. Payment was delayed to verify my social. This was resolved by sending my updated w9 to support. I have a side issue, how come support will only reply to my personal email and not the email address associated with the studio names?

    Hi, I updated my payout information the last week of Feburary. First, I have not received my last payout. I did not get an automatic email for it. Second, I tried to email support from my studio email address, and received no reply. What should I do?
