Firstly hello as I'm new here 
So I got tired of the prompt asking me to set up two factor authentication so decided to go ahead and do it. I chose using an authenticator, but the page it takes me to, seems to think I already had an authenticator set up, which I didn't. So there's no QR code for me to scan with an authenticator to add my account. Of course it now thinks I have set it all up but I can't do anything because my authenticator doesn't have CB set up on it. Is there any way to get the site to provide another QR code at all?
I'm not super familiar with how it all works as for most sites I use text messaging for authentication. I have emailed support, but from looking around, it seems they can take quite a while to reply.
