Unable to change banking info as it linked to email *not verified on account.

Hi,

Username: allaboutunique

I set up an account in 2017 along with payout information. Since then, I’ve updated my account email & verified it. However, when I click “change payout information” it asks me to confirm a code that’s being sent to the email I had in 2017; rather than the verified account email. Therefore, I’m unable to change banking info & subsequently have $ sitting in the account.

I emailed support & continuously keep being told to “update email in settings & privacy”. The email IS updated, it’s just not reflecting under the change payout method tab. It seems support may have to manually unlink that old legend email.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have never seen that before but maybe that's because all my accounts have 2 factor authentication. Check https://chaturbate.com/security/tfa/devices/ and see if it lets you add 2 factor authentication and maybe you can bypass that step?
