I set up an account in 2017 along with payout information. Since then, I’ve updated my account email & verified it. However, when I click “change payout information” it asks me to confirm a code that’s being sent to the email I had in 2017; rather than the verified account email. Therefore, I’m unable to change banking info & subsequently have $ sitting in the account.
I emailed support & continuously keep being told to “update email in settings & privacy”. The email IS updated, it’s just not reflecting under the change payout method tab. It seems support may have to manually unlink that old legend email.
Any help would be appreciated.
