A Model Goes Prem

Hey Everyone!! :hello2:

So I wanted to post about a recent experience I had on MFC. After finally putting some money on a prepaid credit card I made a premium account!! Woohoo!

I was so stoked to go around visiting my favourite models, tipping them, and perhaps getting to know them better.

Well, I was in for a surprise!

The first model I visited was one that I had been watching for a while now.
After tipping her, she not only didn't say thank you..she didn't even acknowledge the tip....and I know she noticed it because she made a comment on the tip note.
For some reason, it felt almost personal lol..I knew she couldn't see me through the screen or know who I was.. but it felt a bit like a snub...I wonder, do prems ever feel like that?
She was really distracted and wasn't paying attention to her chat.. so she didn't notice when I answered her question. This seemed to make her annoyed and she sort of called me out as if I was too juvenile to understand what she was saying...I then wrote that I did answer the question and that it was okay, I'll come back later, since she seemed busy.
This seemed to annoy her even more so I left.

The next model I visited was lovely!! I admire her even more than I already had! I tipped her and right away she said THANK YOU! and had a pleasant laugh at my tip note and also thanked me for the compliment about how great she looked. I felt really welcome in her room and even started blushing!lol

After those two models, I started surfing the lower ranked models to see if I could help anybody out. I found a beautiful girl with an almost empty room and we started talking. She pmed me and I soon told her I was a model too. I ended up tipping her quite a bit and we chatted and had a lot of fun. She then got a big tip from anon...and told me that it was thanks to me, that I was her lucky star

What threw me off a bit were the random pms I got from models whose rooms I had never even visited. Alot of " Hi BB, you horny?" *_*
As a model, the only times I have pmed somebody first is if I know them pretty well and have something specific to say that I don't want to in main chat.

A lot of models I visited would start stripping and getting naked as soon as they saw me in their room (usually I'd be the only premium)..and it felt kind of uncomfortable , to be honest. Dont' get me wrong, female bodies are beautiful and I get turned on too... but these instances seemed...forced, almost.
These particular models didn't pay attention to the chat, didn't say a word...just started spreading their lady-bits in my face...I finally said to one of them that she didn't need to do that, I'm a girl, I just came to say HI and maybe help out a bit. The model kept going until finally reading the chat..she then freaked out and turned her cam off *_*

The last model was one that one of my regulars pointed out to me. We went to perv on her together and had a fun time tipping her (he kept saying oh no! you're addicted to tipping pretty girls lol!)

So that was my experience that I thought I'd share.

Do any of you guys have any interesting experiences where models treated you differently when you became a prem?

Congratulations I think we've all had similar experiences at one time or another. Limiting PMs to friends only is the only way to stop the spamming models. Can't wait to hear about your lounge experiences, lol.

Oh, I did go to the lounge.. I was actually kind of shocked.. for some reason, I had this image in my head of a very posh sort of "gentleman's club" ... all I saw was a bunch of nonsensical ramblings and pimping of random models.
I did learn something new though - I never knew that they could just sit in the lounge and watch me without knowing!

You find that one "interesting".. wait till you hit the 1K lounge. Guys in there pride themselves on how long its been since they have tipped anyone or even bought tokens... among many other things.

Your first girl is sadly not an uncommon attitude.
There was one on that I haven't seen since maybe January. Very pretty, but she thought her shit didn't stink. Had no problem telling ppl to tip her.... thing was she had the min. limit set at 100 tokens. :lol: :lol:
I had attempted to send 50 and found that out. I inquired why and she said, "I'm not another cheap whore on here. If I'm not worth that to you GTFO of my room."
Needless to say, I was a tiny bit
I lol'd, wished her luck and did leave. One of the other guys I know was in there. He told me later she didn't get a single tip in 3 hours.
I went back every so often over months and she had dropped it to 25 last time I checked before she vanished. Shame tho... she was a stunning woman.

Models are well within their rights to set a limit, but if I ever learn they have one I will go give my money to someone more needful of it. Even if the limit is below what I normally tip at.

For OP: fairly normal experience. Bitches & gems can be found anywhere up and down the camscore spectrum. I'll give you the same that is given to every member who has a problem "hit next model". It may seem trite, but really, it's sound advice.

Re: TxBob/Shaun minimum tips: I'm right there with you. Self-defeating strategy in my opinion. In fact, I have witnessed progressive tipping start at one token and end up at well over 100. Do the math. Ends up being
substantially more than if 2 or 3 were meeting the minimum.

The first MFC model I tipped may have been KimYi, who is an Asian model that is very pleasant, sweet, and appreciative. She is often standing up and dancing in her public chat, and she's very good at interacting with her room.

I've tipped a couple of models on Streamate too, and I know that there's one model in particular who I will not be tipping again. Too much of a diva to be getting anymore GOLD from me. I'm surprised. I would've thought in the 1K Lounge they'd be bragging about how much they've spent on models. I've seen guys bragging to each other about stuff like that while the model is 'Away' or in Private.



I don't use the tip minimum feature, and don't plan on ever using it. It's cool to see people give you a yellow wall of 1-token or 5-token tips. I logged on recently to find that I had 60 new MFC Mail messages. At first I thought "Who did I piss off this time?" But it turned out that someone had offline tipped 1-token 60 times in a row...lol.

That would also be what I kind of expected... the mentality, at least with the most vocal, is that they've paid "enough" to make it to 1K and thats more than enough "dues" here. Somehow that gives them some "right" to bitch all the time like an old woman who had the neighborhood kids run thru her flower garden... I personally have my tip minimum set to 5 tokens. I had it initially set to 50, and then I learned quickly to bring it waaay down. I don't really have a reason to set my minimum to 5. I guess I could change that. No real reason since I am sort of used to small tips. My largest tip right now has been 400 tokens. *shrugs* I enjoy hanging out with my regulars and chatting them up, playing games and just generally enjoying my time with them.

Do I enjoy the tormenting sexual stuff we get to do in publics? Of course I do. But I also enjoy just hanging out with them.

I cannot even fathom not thanking someone for a tip no matter how small it was or how frequent it was. It's ungrateful and it diminishes the experience for me. I enjoy hearing the tip sound, even if its a 5 token tip. It makes me smile and it makes me laugh. It's a tangible affirmation that I am entertaining them and that they are enjoying themselves, which is important to me.

I'll be changing to a 0 minimum when I go online tonight for Casino Night.

Yeah, this is what I've seen in some rooms:

A premium will drop, say, several 1,000-token tips. Other guys will applaud and ask "Damn, where do you work?," etc. Someone might say "Damn, she needs to be sucking your dick with all this money you're spending on her!" Then a guest or basic (if they're unmuted) will say "You're an idiot for giving this chick all your money! She's not even naked yet, and she ain't doing anything!"

The only time I've seen the tip minimum used to good effect was when a model set an astonishingly high limit (like a million or more) and declared her room a tip-free zone for several days, I think right around Valentine's. The last time I'd hung out I'd been out of tokens, so I wanted to send some her way before I forgot. That was a no-go (I wish now that I'd capped it), and it just made me remember harder to tip here more when here tip-free time was over.

One reason to not even set a relatively low minimum is that there are times (as surely I'm not the only one) where I've nearly spent all my tokens and have less than 10 or 20 to speak of (I only buy so many every month, so I don't go off the deep end). So, when I have 13 or 9 or whatever low number left, I'll still give them if I think it's deserved (usually with an explanation of why it's low, especially if it's under 10). On more than one occasion, I've been prevented from doing this by the minimum, so the tokens end up in someone else's pocket. I don't have any hard feelings about it, because I can understand why models would set a maximum in the 5-10 (or even 20 maybe) range, but they still miss out.

I've never set a minimum tip amount.

Some models and members believe that a tip of one token will reduce camscore, which is total BS. A lot of new models (myself included) are told by members to set a minimum tip to prevent this from happening, and the rumor persists.

Other models believe small tips are an insult. To them, a single token is like throwing a nickle at a stripper. In my opinion, if we have a magical hat that collects all the nickles and deposits them directly to our bank account, there is no need to despise small tips.

And of course, some models believe that by stopping members from tipping small amounts, they will just have to tip them more - which very rarely happens. Protip from a business & economics student & any adult with common sense: Making your prices extremely high will not magically increase your profits by x5 or x10. When I dropped my prices on SM by 50% I started making more than twice as much per hour.

To inkydoo and other guys who tip small or uneven amounts, I wouldn't worry about explaining unless you really want to. When I got tips for 4 or 13 tokens or what have you, I either assumed the guy was rounding out his tokens to an even number or was out for the day. I have always been personally very honored when I earned someone's last token reserves, to me it is a big compliment.

What I have seen though is some guys making these tips not viewable to the room so that other member's don't judge them based on the small amount. Making the tip not viewable should make it clear to the model you aren't trying to make a statement with the token amount.

I think the minimum tip thing was a bad idea, personally.

I've seen some models set their min tip price kind of high, even models I have tipped in the past. Some of them have set min tip prices at 50-100 tokens. And to me, that seems a little high to me. There are times that members don't have that much on them and can't tup the models they do like to tip because the min tip limit is set too high for them at that particular time.

I think it hurts potential income on a few levels. Some members might be offended that the tokens they have might not be considered "worthy" by the model. Others might think the model is being a bit "full of herself." Etc.

The end result being the same, lowered income potential.

I could see making the minimum like 10, but when it gets much higher it can hurt potential income; at least in my eyes.

I wanted to tip her because we're from the same hometown....but I'm not going to.....

She doesn't know I'm a model - I'm sure if she found out that I was and saw that my camscore is lower than hers she would turn her nose up at me.

If I ran my room like that - honestly it would be completely empty, no doubt about it.

I stuck around for a little while to see if ANYTHING made her change her attitude... but not even tips made her look friendly..just a "ty" typed out ...no movement, no smile, nothing.
She doesn't answer valid questions either. There were only a handful of prems in the room but her camscore is great so she must be doing something right. (Other than being stunning, I can't for the life of me figure out what that would be.)

Really baffles me how a model like that can be doing so well.

She ended up basically telling us that we were boring her and logged off. wowzers.

Maybe because I'm a girl who's perving as a premium - my idea of a model I'd like to tip is different than a man's idea. For me - a pretty girl who at least gives off a friendly vibe and acknowledges people is great. I don't tip for requests ( I never request anything).. I tip because I want to make the model happy/cheer her up/show my appreciation etc.

The answer is, "I despise her personality." A few of them are pretty consistent top 20 models. At least one has won Miss MFC a few times. But, I can't stand their personalities, so I have them hidden so I never even have to see their names on the homepage.

Just because we have a penis between our legs, doesn't mean we all automagically like the hottest girls who have no personality.

I have seen this too and it makes me wonder if a girl is so beautiful and she knows it, she may think that in itself should be enough for her to get phat tips...and when it's not, she could get bitter and upset about that. That's easy to see on cam! As for the Top20 girls, I don't really agree that most consider them to be extremely hot. I think they are doing something that may be extremely hot or they have figured out a way to create a great tipping atmosphere, but they certainly are not all extremely attractive. Or, maybe I just have weird taste.
