A person not verified appeared in my c2c with a model

My nickname is Archallay_ and I am a model verified, however I cannot broadcast anymore because my brother appeared on a c2c I was doing with a model, and he's not verified.
I have contacted support but they dont answer me.

Please, I need help to solve this.

Sites need to protect themselves and having unverified users even for a second is a liability and you agreed to the TOS when you joined, the account sadly might just be gone.
