Ability to broadcast suspended

Hello @punker barbie,

We are new to CB. When we started our broadcast, it was stopped in 1 minute and our ability to broadcast was suspended. It turns out that Jonny’s ID verification was not completed yet. Now both of our IDs are approved, but we still are not allowed to broadcast. It says that Emma is ineligible. We’ve tried to contact support, but they didn’t get back to us. Could you please help us out?

Please, help us out ?? The support team is not responding to our inquiry. We both provided our passports and national IDs, and it shows in green that both of our ages are confirmed. Still, on Emma’s profile it shows “Person ineligible”. I’m not sure if I can provide her person code here.
