Hello everyone, greetings, thank you for being here.
@punker barbie Can you help me review my ban case please?
I have been on chaturbate for 3 years and I create two #1 accounts: username: kingofthehouse2 and Lucio_king
I don't have a ticket, but the day June 26, 2023.
I used a driver's license ID on one account and my legal passport on my other account, both were banned.

This was one of the messages received from support

On review of your submitted identification, we have found that the submitted identification on account lucio_king does not comply with the Chaturbate Terms. Due to this serious violation of the Chaturbate Terms, your account has been terminated, and you have been permanently banned from the Chaturbate platform. .

When my account was verified for a long time, I attached proof

In addition to this I want to mention that, I am verified in the company "YOTI" which Chaturbate uses as a verification method.

I still don't understand the reason for my ban since my documents are 100% legal issued by my country of origin and were properly Processed by the company Powered by jumio, accepted and verified by age.
I have not committed any violation against the platform. I would like to have my case reviewed again, I sent the evidence to chaturbate support that shows that my documents are legitimate
