Account ban

Hello everyone. 3 days ago i had a pvt show on chaturbate with a new costumer, after that pvt show i went offline and the next day when i tried to log in and stream i had my account banned. I tried to reach cb support but nothing, only the automatic replay on the email. Today is already the 3rd day without a real answer/reason. I would like to ask for help with this situation @punker barbie . Account name is woolfiie. Thank you very much

Hi Wolf12.
Answers from the support team can, and often do, take more than one week to come. I was recently banned and they took 10 days to review my case and answer me (fortunately, the ban was lifted). I'd say that if you haven't heard from the support team by the same day next week, you may want to get back here and bump your thread to see if you can find out if support has received your email or not. There's really nothing you can do about it other than wait. I know waiting sucks, but it is what it is.
