Hello, my account has been banned and I've sent an inquiry about it. I'd like to understand why I was banned and how I can recover the account. I'd love to speak with chaturbate about it all 😄 I hope this message finds you healthy and well ♥️

Thank you for your time- hard0g

I have confirmed that the support team has responded to your inquiry. Ticket #25871036
I got one email back from them. I replied to the email. 2 years ago I asked for my account to be banned. Now I'm asking for it to be unbanned. Is there a number I can call? Speak with someone personally? They said in the email. Due to my previous request that can't help me.

Am I just out of luck?(

From what you've described, unfortunately, you may be out of luck here.

You previously asked Chaturbate to ban your account, so from their perspective, they're simply honoring a request that you made yourself. Once a user specifically asks a platform to permanently remove or ban their account, the platform has to take that request seriously. They may not be willing to reverse it later simply because you've changed your mind.

I understand that circumstances can change after two years, but the difficulty is that you essentially told them you no longer wanted the account, and they're now acting in accordance with that instruction.

You can certainly continue communicating with support and ask whether they have any process for reversing a self-requested ban, but I wouldn't expect a phone call or escalation to necessarily change the outcome. Their response suggests that your previous request is the reason they're unable to restore the account.
