account banned 2 days after quitting studio, need help please

I was a solo female model on chaturbate with no issues for over 2 years, most commonly with the username melisa_1x, but recently I had to move and decided to join a studio that did group rooms with other models

Some one who worked at the studio who has since been fired, was doing suspect things with the models IDs to get them in trouble when they wanted to quit the studio. I recently quit that studio, joined a new one with the username juliana_ggh and after just 2 days, I was banned from chaturbate. The email says we believe you may have provided false documentation or assisted others in doing so.

I ask that you please review this to give me another chance. I wish to only be a solo female model from now on, because working with other models has been tough. I assume some one at the studio did something to get me banned. I have a Colombian Cedula, I am 21 years old, and also have a passport. I was in good status with chaturbate and would have no reason to use false documentation. Please can you look into this and give me another chance to open a solo female account independently. Thank you!

Chaturbate really needs to resolve this particular issue across the board. There should be a verified process to unlink yourself from a studio to go independent.

Thank you for your comment. I am beyond saddened by this, as I feel basically blackmailed by them and I decided to leave anyway and they got me banned somehow. I regret ever going with a shady studio but I had financial issues and had to sell my equipment for a family emergency. I just wanted to do it for a few months and then go independent and when I tried to go independent now, they threatened to get me banned, I thought they were bluffing but alas I was banned!

sorry, but I have not got any response, I checked the email address associated with juliana_ggh and I have no replies since April 17th, 2025, one email stating the ban for the above reasons. I checked all my spam folders and nothing, can you please reach out with an update? Again, I have 2 forms of ID, that I have used for years on chaturbate as a model. I can provide them again if needed, they were never lost, I have absolutely no reason to ever fake my docuements when I have an ID and a passport I could use anytime

Please dont let shady studios get models banned who just want to go independent, thanks! @punker barbie

There should be a verified process to unlink yourself from a studio to go independent.

And the studios that engage in this kind of behaviour should be removed from the platform. It is not the model that is facilitating others to provide a false ID, it is the studio. How about a one-strike rule these studios?

Thank you for your comment. I am beyond saddened by this, as I feel basically blackmailed by them and I decided to leave anyway and they got me banned somehow. @punker barbie Yes, I received the response on April 17th. Basically it just said the above, that I supposedly engaged in false ID or assisted others to. I did neither. The studio might have done that with other models they used on the account, but they have control of the admin side. Please can you look into if I can work independently again alone? I have 2 forms of ID that have been nonexpired for years and would be happy to provide both. National ID card of Colombia, and a Passport My national ID card has been issued since July 2021, so why would I provide a false ID? Please, all the evidence points to, as others have indicated, that the studios are doing this not the models. I have been a chaturbate model for 2 years independent female model, and I would have no reason to provide a false ID. Can you please have them look into it again and write me so I can open a new account with my name? If they need to verify which model I am, they can write me and I will respond with my model initials as verification, thank you!
