Account banned and dont know why

While I was minding my business, hoping on CB as background noise as usual. I decided I wanted to tip to the model I was watching (mainly cause no one else was) So I bought some, tipped, then went to pms (with support status) then ask for a special request and how much it would be. I went to buy the tokens need, then when I tried to message them in pms again, my account was banned and I am unsure as to why. Please look into this. My Username is yumi599.

It was a personal request ( which they have a tip menu item for personal request) both nude and non nude. It was 100 spanks no bottoms on, which when they hit tip goal they were gonna do 100 anyways. So I was trying to double it basically, but after I bought the tokens, my account went poof.
