On April 10th 2026, I received a ban on Chaturbate while streaming, and after that I was no longer able to log in. To this day, I still receive the following message when I try to acces the site:
“Activity on your account has been flagged as violating Chaturbate’s Terms and Conditions. As a result, your account has been banned.
You have violated the following guideline:
Depictions of actual or simulated illegal and unsafe actions, including, but not limited to: violence, blood, torture, cutting, extreme blood restriction, pain, asphyxiation, fisting, rape themes, or any actions associated with causing physical or emotional harm are prohibited.
If you have questions, please reach out to our support team.”
I immediately contacted the support team through the provided link, but to this day I have not received any response. As far as I know, I did not violate any guidelines, unless there is another reason that I am unaware of. Perhaps a mistake was made?
The account involved also still has tokens on it. @punkerbarbie could you please help me regain access to my account, or at least let support respond to my support request?
