To whom it might concern,
My account named "dickus_biggus" was banned on the 2nd of May 2025. The last things before my ban was a premium private show with a user, an altercation with a frequent freeloader in my room and another private show. I sincerely don't think that i broke the community code of conduct, although i fully respect the decision taken by the platform. Since then i have submitted two requests, one on the 2nd of May right after the ban and one on the 4th of May through the support form below the message "We have reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service.". Unfortunately i have yet to receive an answer, thing that has both surprised me and made me very anxious, since support has answered in previous requests of mine with a much shorter response time (24hours). I requested to learn the reason of my ban, if the ban on my profile is permanent, and if there is any possibility to reverse the decision. Additionally with my banned account, my accumulated tokens stand frozen. The economical support i receive through the platform allows me to live with dignity and in tough financial times. I would really much appreciate if @punker barbie would take a look in my request for support to answer to my formal submissions. I really didn't want to bother anyone with my problem, but since i become more and more desperate and fearful of the fate of my account as time passes on, i took the decision to make a thread here.
