Hi @punker barbie

I am writing to ask for your advice and assistance with a studio account I previously worked under up until 2023. Specifically, I had been working under a studio account (atena_good) for a while until I had to take some time off to care for my mother who was ill. When my mother’s health improved and I went back to the studio, I was told by the studio that my account had been banned. However, the studio never showed me any paperwork or evidence that I had in fact been banned and didn’t provide an explanation for why I was banned. (And, in any case, because the account was a studio account and is tied to an email address for the studio, I never received anything via email which confirmed or explained the reason for the ban.) Now, I would like to resume camming as an independent model but I need advice or assistance in figuring out how to get CB to remove my identification from the atena_good account, so my identification is no longer linked to a studio account and so I can open a new account as an independent model. I’m asking for advice or assistance here because the studio is not helping and, again, I don’t have access to the email address that was associated with the atena_good account, as it is a studio account. Please note that Spanish is my native language and my English is not very good. I was going to submit a request to CB via the support@chaturbate.com email address but, when I put in the atena_good account, it automatically brings up the email address for the studio, and not my personal email address. As such, I’m concerned that, if I submit a request for assistance directly to CB via the support@chaturbate.com email address, the studio will be notified and may try to prevent me from having my identification removed from my old studio account. Can you please recommend the best way for me to get CB’s help in removing my identification from my old studio account so I can resume camming as an independent model? Thank you in advance for your time.
