Account banned, can not withdraw tokens

hello @punker barbie! my account fog_foggy_love was banned in November, and 29th December i got access to the form, where i could write the payment information to get the last payment. I completed this form, but money are still on my banned Chaturbate accound , and were not sent to the wallet that i wrote in that form.
