Hello @punker barbie , my account "fog_foggy_love'' was banned 4 days ago, i wrote an e-mail to the site's Support, asking for a reasons, but got no reply. Also there are 4000 tockens on that account , that i would like to withdraw. Hoping for your help , thank you!

I know that, but also i saw that people got help here with same data (also 4-5 days.) Well now there are more days passed, still no reply.Just letting you know that it may take up to a week or more before you receive a response from them. Good luck.
