Account banned. Desperate help.

Hi @punker barbie, I hope you are doing well. I have been a supporting CB member since over 10 years and never had any issues. A few hours ago, I purchased 400 tokens and 2 minutes later, my account got banned. It says they have reasons to believe I have violated the terms and conditions.

I can think of what it was, but in case I did, I promise it won’t happen again and I will carefully read the terms in detail and cooperate.

I am suffering from a big depression and CB is how I can distract myself and stop thinking about my issues, and now I’m empty

Why anyone feels this is a good idea to admit is beyond me. You open yourselves up to protective suspensions, which last months minimally, require therapist intervention in order to restore accounts, and then even so might possibly turn into a permanent ban situation.

Hi, my account was restored today. It says it had to do with age verification so it was probably a mistake, because I’m 36 now. Anyways I’m going to carefully read t&c’s.
