I had a previous account with my boyfriend and we didn't originally know he needed his ID too. We made two accounts of the years trying to resolve it. I recently deleted both of our accounts and on our new account I have both of our IDs submitted. I have reached out to support numerous times. I had gotten a response a few years ago that I had only just found while looking through my emails, but it's been almost a month with no new response despite us completing what was asked of us.
