Account banned for the first time

Hello @punker barbie my account is mostwanted7 and i use this account to broadcast in Chaturbate since February 2020. I never had any problems but before 4-5 days i take a girl broadcaster to a private show. Few minutes since i started the show everything stopped and i got message that my account was banned. I suspect it could be because 30 minutes before i get ban a grey user with 0 followers join my room and asked me for a pm then she or he (we never know the truth because its a unknown grey user) sending me a photo with calendar with number 16 surrounded by circle. I start to laught because i was thinking people with underage cant be in Chaturbate. I think my mistake was answering to her messages even i was sure this is just some joke or tease. Story with this grey user finished one minute after we start the conversation then i continue my stream. If this was the case i will stop talking to grey users forever because now completely lost all my connections with so many friends in Chaturbate that i know for years. I immidately mailed support team but still didnt have answer. Please help me resolve this situation

Sadly a brand new FAKE account with 0 followers did enough for less than 60 seconds and force CB to "reward" me with a pernament ban. More than 6 years of broadcasting and making connections with friends now are lost forever. Sounds like someone dont like me and find a perfect way to put me in trouble. My apologies @punker barbie and i wish you could assist me to solve all this mistake ? Is it possible?

No i am not allowed to appear on broadcast anymore. I will post this message here and hope all people who broadcast in CB will read it:
If you don't want to get banned then its good to remove the ability of grey users to chat in your rooms!
If i had second chance from this moment i would allow chat only for people who own tokens.
I could be very wrong but it look like someone with cruel mind create new accounts then go to broadcaster rooms asking them for pm and start to tease he/she is a minor. This person is very well educated with cb ban detection and never talk about the age in the chat. You will receive a one photo with calendar where number 16 is surrounded with circle, second photo was some random legs with panties on and third photo was almost hidden face of some person (not sure if its a girl or boy) lying on the bed covered with coverlet.
Few seconds after that this grey username leave the room and i never look back for him/her because i knew it was just a some roleplay. Then after 30-40 min i was banned!
This was my experience after 6 years of broadcasting.
