Hello my account on Chaturbate got banned. I am deeply sorry for my behavior and i would like to know if there is a way get my account unbanned. I deeply miss broadcasting and I honestly rather enjoy it.

@punker barbie I understand what you said but i would strongly disagree with you no one from support has told me steps or actions that i need to take to get my account unbanned and steps and actions that i need to take to make me an Eligible person again. I was credited 200 tokens worth of money to may cared but i would rather have paid 200 tokens to get my account unbaneed and become and eligible broadcaster again. I would have paid 200USD as a fine rather then get banned and become and not eligible broadcaster.

I also would like to point out the Zero Tolerance policies proven to ben ineffective.

I know it talks about school safety but i would argue that it also is largely ineffective improving workplace safety and also web safety.

I am deeply sorry of my actions and i miss and enjoy broadcasting.

I would like to know what actions need to be taken to unban my account and make me an Eligible broadcaster again

Rob, without knowing the circumstances surrounding your ban, it's difficult for anyone here to offer meaningful advice.

There are hundreds, if not thousands, of experienced Chaturbate users in this community, and some may have encountered similar situations or have insights that could help you determine your options.

If you're comfortable sharing a little more about what happened and what led to the ban, members may be able to offer suggestions or guidance you haven't considered.

While nobody can guarantee reinstatement, providing some context would give the community a better opportunity to help you figure out how to proceed.

I also do not want to turn this Form and Thread into a lessons learned from my mistake at my expense. My main goal on this from is to get my CB account unbanned and get reinstated as an Eligible broadcaster. I am on this form because in my research in how to get an account unbanned i came across a video that said that this form could help get it unbanned. and mainly @punker barbie. So unless there are other people on this form that have connections to CB site admins that can help me get my account unbanned and reinstated as an eligible broadcaster then i feel going into detail about my situation would be pointless

With all that being said i am a firm believer in giving someone grace when they make a mistake. I think that CB Zero Tolerance policy is too strict. I think not just CB but all sites Zero Tolerance policy is too strict. I also understand that there are some people that if you give them grace they will go back and do the same behavior again . and i will agree that in that situation action needs to be taken.

but i am a person that learns from my mistakes. besides the infraction that i am banned from.. the only other infraction that i have had was displaying copyright stuff in my broadcast. ( which i think is interesting because on MFC i have seen broadcasters having the Super bowl, Car Racing and even the Olympics in their broadcast feed.

I have seen too many broadcasters fall victim to these sites Zero Tolerance policy too much.

No one on these sites care what your opinion is about their TOS. These site terms are based on UNITED STATES FEDERAL LAWS so if you got a problem with the way things are going down take it up with your elected officials (who will absolutely not give one fig about your opinion on this, either).

Whether you want to turn this forum into a gossip section or however you phrased it is kind of irrelevant and this forum exists so that others can use your case as a warning. But you do you, hope you get it resolved.

This *Forum is a place for discussion and sharing information. It's a secondary or maybe tertiary bonus that there are reps here from the major cam sites that can sometimes look into issues for you and others. But since it is an independent *Forum and not associated at all with the cam sites, it is somewhat expected to have a bit of dialogue with users.

It's common courtesy to share information to help others who may also find this *Forum in their "research" and have similar problems as yours. That way, they can read the problem, the resolution, and how you got any resolution without having to create yet another account adn create yet another post asking the SAME QUESTION.

Please don't get me wrong, but the way you're writing doesn't come across as very sympatic. You're expecting help on this forum and want users to share their experiences with you, but you're not willing to share anything of your case. Sorry, but that's a very selfish way of thinking

@Puschtie I am sorry that you feel that find out the path to get my account unbanned also how others can get their accounts unbanned. Then passing that information on to other broadcasters that i know that have had the Chaturbate and/or Stripchat accounts banned is selfish. So Identifying the person that can help a broadcaster get their acocunts unbanned. Finding out what steps it takes to get that person to get someone's account unbanned.
and then passing that information on to the people I know whom have had their accounts banned.

But turning this form into a place where we hear about all the juicy details and be able to talk about people and belittle them for making a mistake better then coming up with an (Idea or path or person) that broadcasters can contact that can help them out when they have made a mistake.

@Vixxen81 I would disagree that they are based on US Federal laws. When i have known models who have worked for a studio and then the studio gets vindictive when the model leaves and does actions to prevent the model from being able to broadcast on the site again rather it be for another studio or independent.

Case in point i know a Kenyan model that finished her contract with a studio and left the studio. I gave her all the information that i had about going independent and payment method that Kenyan broadcasters use to get paid. The broadcasters former studio owners found her Stripchat account and then hired the broadcasters Ex boyfriend to go and steal the broadcasters phone so she can get the broadcaster banned on stripchat. Many studio owners have this view of "I introduced you to the thing of broadcasting and if i can not make money off you.. then no one will."

I know a model who got banned off Chaturbate for Age play. It is okay to do Age play in real life behind closed doors but not okay to do in a private online.

@Vixxen81 If you really think that it is based off US Federal law then please provide me with the US Code number for these situations.

These are just a couple of people i know that have had their accounts banned and have learned and would like to get back onto the the sites and broadcasting again. and setting up a pathway or steps or what ever you want to call it that will allow broadcasters to get unbanned I real would be a good thing. Since empirical research indicates that zero tolerance policies are largely ineffective. and i would argue actually does more harm then good.


But i hope this has given everyone their fill of Gossip for today... instead of actually trying to solve a problem and getting broadcasters back online. broadcasters in places that broadcasting could give them the money to actually change their lives and get them out of a life of poverty. I am all about people using broadcasting as a stepping stone to next steps in their live and using it to better someone's life through Education and/or skills.

Just for the record, studio behavior is vile and they get away with virtual murder but it's almost always resolved after support gets involved.
