Account banned, no response in weeks

Hey @punker barbie I see you help a ton of people here, can you help me too?
My (dunno how many years old) account was suddenly banned over 2 weeks ago, I immediately wrote to support but only got the automated message confirming the support request. A week later I sent another one, still no answer. I can't think of anything wrong I might've done, it was a normal day for me as it's been for years. I read somewhere in this forum about the CB support's new way of working, where it sends articles asking if they help and you have to click on "NO" to send the ticket to a real human, but I see no such thing in the automated emails I got.

@punker barbie can you please help me out again? It's been another 2 weeks, still no more replies from CB, nothing is resolved. I just want to get my account back.

I also sent them another email 2 weeks ago, for my other account, about that "unable to send tokens, contact support" problem and they haven't replied to that one either. This later became a refund request from me, but I unsurprisingly haven't gotten an answer either. The other account name is tourlist42.

Thank you, I already saw their response a few days ago and replied as well! Now I'm waiting for more responses so we can solve this issue, and then hopefully I can get my account back
Replies from CB are rarely a continuous back-and-forth, sort of thing. Their replies are more often than not, final. If you care to post a screenshot of their responses to you, there are many seasoned broadcasters here that might be willing to give you advise on how to best salvage your situation, if possible.

You should be aware, that any problems with CB are with YOU, not just the account. If you have a problem on one account with them, all accounts associated with that same identification, will most likely have a problem. Best to solve whatever problems you have with them prior to making additional accounts.

I wasn't expecting a back and forth conversation, but their sole reply was just telling me the reason I was banned and nothing more. They didn't ellaborate any further or tell me if my account was recoverable or not, and so I asked them if I could get it back and/or what could be done about it, but they never replied again.


You should be aware, that any problems with CB are with YOU, not just the account. If you have a problem on one account with them, all accounts associated with that same identification, will most likely have a problem. Best to solve whatever problems you have with them prior to making additional accounts.

My money is stuck in a limbo, I can't spend the tokens I bought and can't refund either because they never replied to me about it, and my original account is still banned with no more response from the team telling me whether I can even recover it or not. @punker barbie Is there any way you or someone else can help me out with this, please? I just want to solve these issues already and things to go back to normal.
The ticket you have me was #24429698 and the usernames are Tourlist (for the banned account) and Tourlist42 (for the account with stuck tokens)

I see. They could've been clear about that in their email, I was left still wondering whether my account was recoverable or not.

And what about my other account, Tourlist42, will they reply to my email about the tokens I bought? I want to be able to spend them, since I won't get my other account back.
Furthermore, am I able to verify myself as a model there or will I just get banned again?
