Account banned, no response in weeks

Hey @punker barbie I see you help a ton of people here, can you help me too?
My (dunno how many years old) account was suddenly banned over 2 weeks ago, I immediately wrote to support but only got the automated message confirming the support request. A week later I sent another one, still no answer. I can't think of anything wrong I might've done, it was a normal day for me as it's been for years. I read somewhere in this forum about the CB support's new way of working, where it sends articles asking if they help and you have to click on "NO" to send the ticket to a real human, but I see no such thing in the automated emails I got.

@punker barbie can you please help me out again? It's been another 2 weeks, still no more replies from CB, nothing is resolved. I just want to get my account back.

I also sent them another email 2 weeks ago, for my other account, about that "unable to send tokens, contact support" problem and they haven't replied to that one either. This later became a refund request from me, but I unsurprisingly haven't gotten an answer either. The other account name is tourlist42.

Thank you, I already saw their response a few days ago and replied as well! Now I'm waiting for more responses so we can solve this issue, and then hopefully I can get my account back
Replies from CB are rarely a continuous back-and-forth, sort of thing. Their replies are more often than not, final. If you care to post a screenshot of their responses to you, there are many seasoned broadcasters here that might be willing to give you advise on how to best salvage your situation, if possible.

You should be aware, that any problems with CB are with YOU, not just the account. If you have a problem on one account with them, all accounts associated with that same identification, will most likely have a problem. Best to solve whatever problems you have with them prior to making additional accounts.
