on May 3, 2026, I was banned during a stream on Chaturbate and have been unable to log in since. To this day, I receive the following message when I try to access the website:
“The activity on your account has been reported as a violation of Chaturbate’s Terms of Service. As a result, your account has been suspended.
You have violated the following policy:
Depictions of actual or simulated illegal and dangerous acts, including but not limited to: violence, blood, torture, self-harm, extreme bloodshed, pain, suffocation, fisting, rape themes, or any acts associated with the infliction of physical or emotional suffering, are prohibited.
If you have any questions, please contact our support team.”
I contacted the support team immediately via the link provided, but have not received a response to date. I’m not entirely sure where I violated this rule, or whether it was a silly typo in the chat, a clumsily translated phrase, or something similar that might have led to this. That was by no means my intention, and the next day I tried again via the support link to provide further details about the situation. After that, I decided to wait and see.
A few days ago, I read that the usual processing time is 24–72 hours, but that it can occasionally take longer. It says there that after a certain waiting period, if you haven’t received a response, you can inquire about the status of your case. I did that on May 27, but unfortunately without success.
I’ve been banned before, but that was related to my broadcast and my absence during a broadcast. Although lately, I’ve been getting the “Admin Message” more often during a broadcast saying I’m absent, even though I was sitting in front of the cam—but that’s a different issue, though it also seemed mysterious to me.
There are still tokens and an active Supporter membership on the affected account. @punkerbarbie, could you please help me regain access to my account, or at least ensure that Support responds to my support request?
