Yes, they answered saying I am banned but they did not give me more information. About the reason why they banned me. I have two years working on the platform and first time that happens to me, that's why I'm bewildered and I would like to know if there is any way to get a solution or if I just have to give up i lost all my tips too and they no give me a solution or reason for this either
