Account Banned; reason unknown

Hello,

I am writing here a little bit desperate. My account was banned during a private show recently. It was out of no where as the model and I were having a nice conversation. Nothing dirty and nothing that would violate terms of service. I was literally telling her about a story from my senior prom that was very benign. I have yet to receive any help from chaturbate support after emailing them and am looking for help. This is a loyalty account where I hang out with this woman and shoot the breeze from time to time. Any and all help would be appreciated.
