Account banned right after Fan Club purchase

Hey, 2 days account my account was banned immediatly after I bought a fanclub membership. Didn't write anything bad in any chat. But I have made several purchases that day, with the same card in different browsers/devices. Maybe it was too many purchases, maybe cause of the different devices used, I don't know.
Haven't received an answer from the support yet. There's a lot of tokens left in the account though...
