Chaturbate banned, tried making new accounts with different email addresses, but shortly after I got banned again

Hi @punker barbie , after reading up on multiple forums seeking a solution to my help, most people refer to talk to you.

My main account got banned, I am trying to verify my ID etc, but with no avail. I uploaded my ID and selfie twice. (username: Kess9 )

I then decided to make a new account with new email etc, but that got banned shortly after.
(Sidenote: I contacted support before the ban to ask to fix an issue where my messages would not be sent, including sending video evidence of the issue). (Username: Ondy_9 )

So I would like to ask the following:

1. My main concern is I bought the membership with Ondy_9, and got banned right after purchase. Can I be refunded please?

2. I want to continue using either Kess9 or Ondy_9, but I kept facing a reoccurring issue where messages would not be sent. (I would refresh the webpage and it would be as it I never sent a message, different browsers etc made no difference.)

3. Why did Ondy_9 get banned so fast? Is it because of my payment card links support to my old account and flags it? Am I IP-address banned or something?

Can you please help with the above and provide answers?

Because you are banned. Not just one account, you as the person. So yeah, IP address, CC info, etc. As soon as the system detects it's you, any account you create will be subsequently banned.

This is how it works on most sites all over the Internet.
