Account banned. why?

my nick is ronaldo666rj and I mod for several brazilian models, mainly couples. About last week it was banned. I emailed them but so far no reply.
What can I do? is that normal to take that long for a reply?

They gave me a warning for something i do not remember doing but still I said i would not do it but still did not get my account back. more than 15 days ago
