I hope you can help me understand the current situation. I had a studio chatrubate account, Jonny_Dark. I always worked honestly and did not commit any violations. My last stream took place on May 27, and everything went in full accordance with the rules.
However, a couple of weeks later I found out that the studio's account was blocked. The reason for the blocking has not been announced, and the representatives of the studio do not want to understand this issue. The situation is aggravated by the fact that I do not know what email address was used to create that account: the studio was registered, and I did not have access to this mail.
Since then, I have stopped working with the studio and want to work independently. I have prepared all the necessary documents and plan to upload them to create a new personal account.
Please unban my documents so that I can work for myself in the future. I hope you can find banned documents by my nickname
I really want to work legally - I didn't break any rules - so I ask you to consider my situation.

They told me I need to provide the email address associated with the account, but the problem is that the account was created through a studio, and for some reason, the studio refuses to give me the email address used to verify it. Unfortunately, I cannot resolve this issue without your help
