Hello, my name is cumgator23 and my account recently got permanently banned on cb for breaking TOS and talking to a minor. At the time of me speaking I had no idea this individual was a minor or else I would have reported and banned them immediately no matter if they were tipping. I was not aware of there age and on their profile it was blank no age to be seen. This happened when I was on cam so everything froze and when I went to refresh I had the screen that read your account has been banned for breaking TOS. I’ve emailed cb supports and they are not giving me a chance to tell my side of what happened and just telling me I broke TOS. Truly I don’t believe I should take the punishment of someone else breaking TOS and being underage, I had no way of knowing that was the case.
This has been my main income so this is a little worrisome as I can’t make a new account.
