12 days is long did you try and contact support email them and remember to write your username…did they give you a reason why you were banned?

The whole bunch of messages will slow the reply process down i hear, send one with all the info & wait. Sending multiple will make it take longer. If its been 12 days (minus weekends) since the last email, different story then
