account banned

my account r0ster was banned on May 20, 2025. I immediately contacted support and renewed my request a week later. Unfortunately, I only received an automatic confirmation of receipt, but no reply.
I have been registered with this account for years, I am a loyal customer and I am very sorry not to receive an answer to my request. The ban came without warning. I would like to know b the ban can be lifted, what I can do. I would also like to know what happens to the tokens on the account. I would be extremely grateful to you, dear @punker barbie, if you could support me in this matter. I don't know what to do on my own.
