Hello, my account LenaHartXO was banned over a week ago and I have not received any response from Chaturbate support.
The message on my account reads "Your cam has been blocked as a result of concerns regarding compliance with our terms and conditions. Please note that we have zero tolerance for underage participation on our platform or any failure to comply with applicable law. If you believe this action is in error, you may appeal this block by sending us age verification at https://chaturbate.com/accounts/age_verification/. If you have any questions or concerns relating to your account, please feel free to contact us at support@chaturbate.com."
I have added a second age verification and reached out to support but this is going on a long time now with no response. On top of that I have over 2,000 tokens I was counting on cashing out the day that this happened. This has been really upsetting. I am not underage and did not feature anyone else on my account in any way.
Please help me, I would really like to get my account back.
