I’ve been a member of this site for over five years. One day, while chatting with a model, I accidentally wrote that I,m 14. I corrected my mistake immediately afterward. I’m fully aware that roleplaying as someone under 18 is not allowed on this site, and I had no such intention. If I did, I wouldn’t have corrected my age right away.
I didn’t even engage in any roleplay — I simply corrected my age to the accurate one, and my account was banned. I was then asked to verify my age. Because I value my privacy, I was hesitant to do so. I only started the age verification process to see what information would be required. I used an ID that clearly stated it was not a real document. My only intention was to view the next steps and then cancel the process — which I did at the selfie step.
If I had been trying to trick the system, I wouldn’t have used an ID that explicitly says it’s fake. After this step, all accounts associated with my email address were banned. In total, I lost around 1,500 tokens and 1,000 favorites.
The support team responds very slowly and is absolutely not cooperative. For an account that can be created even without an email address, it feels extreme to request documents containing sensitive information over what seems to be a misunderstanding.
Could you please help to get unbanned or recovering/transferring my tokens?
