We aren’t very regular in CB so conversation is rare. Looks like speaking in English with Latin American models in the platform is a curse as they don’t understand the language and try to translate using a translator. While in this process, translators come up with certain words which they think viewers are using racial slur and are using improper words to abuse which raise hatred towards them for which they report and which leads to account ban. It’s devastating :heartbreak:. Don’t know how CB AI works to double check such accounts what went wrong about the conversation until support take decision about permanent axing as this a serious trust issue and can happen with anyone. Platform has so many rules which without knowledge users violate. We don’t know what to say after this as we are pretty sure we didn’t do anything which may insult the model. We took great care about the account but failed because of a South American model falsely reported us in middle of the stream. Is there any way to reverse the situation? Throw some light in this scenario as we are really bogged down 😢and tell us what wrong did, we do ?

Without YOU actually sharing the exact content of your conversations with the support, there's not much advice anyone is going to be able to offer... because we don't know what's going on. Maybe share some screenshots of your communication with the support.

As we mentioned we got axed in the middle of the stream. So we don't have screenshots. Morover it was public chat not private ones. So that's why we said it's upto support to check the conversation which we had with the model while stream was in live in progress.

We aready mentioned in the post. Reason given - use of racial slurs, improper/abusive words..
You said prior that users (viewers in room) were supposedly using "racial slurs" but that should not have any cause to ban the broadcasting account.

...they think viewers are using racial slur and are using improper words to abuse...

That's why I was asking for you to share an actual screenshot of the supports messaging. Perhaps you meant to infer that the broadcaster was using racial slurs, which then of course.. yea that's against their TOS. Without the actual screenshots of the messaging, it's hard to advise.

This is the issue which we were relating about when Latin Models uses translator to translate as they don't understand english.. The model reported us based on the translation words which they felt are abusive or improper, which is why we already mentioned that CB support should check the public chats which was happening when live stream was going. This is a serious issue and can happen to anybody 😓. Now what we can do that what we asked in the post?

CB already did that and they have found that you have been using language that is against the TOS.

CB does not ban just on the say so of a model or user, they investigate(check all chat, including previous chats by you in ALL rooms and PMs, sent by you). Nothing to do with how translator is used.

How do you know? Have you ever been banned permanently? So don't guess on things on which you've no complete picture. We haven't used PM. As already mentioned we've said nothing wrong which could insult model that's how confident we are. Translators are culprits here. We come very less in the platform as already mentioned so conversations are very rare and controversies are way off. We are very much sure models have that power to report which leds to account axing without any intimation and the word "you may be" in the mail and it's happening in the middle of the stream proves it. CB's AI is made to work like that which proves users are always found guilty after reporting which is a serious issue and it proves there is no certainity of accounts. Tell us what can be done if you have any solution..
