I’m posting on behalf of my girlfriend (she’s a Spanish speaker). On 31 August 2022 her Chaturbate account was banned(honexdollts). She had worked through a studio in Colombia for eight years and the account was registered with the studio’s email, so she never received an official reason for the ban.
She believes the ban followed after a session in a private room where a client offered 300 tokens for her to ejaculate (she is trans) she asked for more, the client became angry and said he would report her. She did not insult or harass him. The studio told her the account would not be reopened but gave no explanation. Recently we created a new account (tgirlhoneldoll) and it was banned immediately after passport verification.
We’re asking for help understanding the reason and the correct steps to appeal or contact Chaturbate support. I wrote chatrubate support twice with the new account but i got no reply at all.
