Hi @punker barbie ,, Maybe you are the one who can help and understand my side. My account got banned last September 06, 2025 with the username of XquisiteSexyTs. There is a user who entered in my room so I greeted him knowing and seeing that his username was a purple color which stands as a paying member of the platform. However don't even think a single of his intention I feel like i got fooled when he says he was underage. The mistake I commit is I keep talking but I swear I really really swear that I have never invite him for a cum show, for a something adult content. he even ask me for facetime but I ignored it at all. My mistake also is not kick him in my room and not report him right away. but I still believe that he is pretending that he was underage cause no one could have an access to a adult platform site unless it was verified and he can't buy tokens when it is also not verified I hope this things can be considered that I've been set up all along. I will also include the email from chaturbate that I didn't even receive any tokens from the user the fact the we haven't done such thing which is family roleplay. I really hope you can help me to restore my account Ms. @punker barbie , your are the last sort I can have. This is my bread and butter, my only job for now that helps me pay bills and feed my family so I'm begging you to review it again and you'll see i never participated in underage roleplay at all and if you just also check my satisfaction rate I'm also very careful of my account. I respectfully request reconsideration of the decision to permanently terminate my account. While I understand the seriousness of the issue, I sincerely ask if it would be possible to reduce the penalty to a suspension instead of a permanent ban. The chaturbate is the only hope I had . It's super important to just ban these people in the future. Purple just means they have spent a lot of tokens, it doesn't mean they will spend any more on you. Sometimes people spend the last of their tokens to get to purple and have nothing left to tip once they reach you anyway. It ain't worth it. But I hope you can find a solution soon

it's just really exhausting that because of one person the whole world you have will collapse. yeah I agree with you that it is much better to banned this kind of people to avoid such things. It’s heartbreaking to see the model suffer because of people like that, especially when they’re stripped of any chance to start over or rebuild their career.

Hello Ms. @punker barbie yeah I only received their reason but I didn't receive their response regarding on my defense. can't even defend myself with the things that they throw on me. It's disheartening that the model must bear the consequences of others' actions, especially when they're denied the opportunity to redeem themselves or return.. I really wish to restore my account and use it more careful. haven't met such users for a long time and didn't expect that just like that my world gets crushed Please I'm begging you to help me ... well I understand that but it's just hard to let go the job who make your dreams come true. I have achieve one of my biggest dream through this platform and still looking forward to achieve other through their platform. With the help of the platform I finally shoulder my family needs and I can also pay our bills. so You can't blame me to keep the hope to restore mine and fight for it cause the chaturbate is the first stepping stone I got.

Children have access to bank accounts and debit cards of their own. Not all states/countries require age verification before accessing the landing page of a porn site. NEVER underestimate someone's ability to get you in hot water on these sites. Always ban people immediately if they start this kind of stuff. I hope you're able to be successful on a different site but it looks like you're done on CB permanently.

You were found to be guilty of indulging the person's role play of being underage and you cannot get that overturned. If you continue to persist you will eventually be banned from here or at the very least have your posts limited. I've been here for years now on this forum, your case is not special or much different than those who do not get their bans overturned. I already know the ending to this movie as do the other people telling you you're not going to get your account back. Move on.

I understand that you are here for many years and I also not arguing with you. I'm being real with you. You're in an adult business and I'm going to speak to you like an adult who understands the business/legal side of this situation. Yes you love the site, yes you were successful, then you should have taken the time to read all of the rules and understand that what happened is a permanently bannable offense to which you are now permanently banned. They don't care how successful you were. There are thousands of models who broadcast for years and never get a single warning because they know where to draw the line. You've already stated what was said, it was a straight up violation, all accounts were investigated and he was permanently banned and so are you.

And I'll go so far as to say that the reason why your account was investigated in the first place is because a different model reported him to the site for violating that rule and that's how you were snagged in the web.

They've read everything you explained about your situation. If you choose not to value their opinions and suggestions, that's up to you.
