Hello @punker barbie my nickname on chaturbate is AliceandTea. My account on chaturbate was banned on October, 11 2025 and I really don't know the reason because support of chaturbate still hasn't answered me by email which I sent immediately after I got banned. In my show that day I was using my pump to make pussy bigger, but I was not hurting myself at all because I'm trying to make all my shows safe for myself. I was not showing blood or vomiting shows. After pumping show I was doing fingering using my fingers to the knuckles so the knuckles were visible and it was not even half of my hand and it was not a fisting show. Wikipedia says that fisting is fucking pussy or asshole with fist(the whole hand inside) and I was not showing it on chatubate. Can you review my account(AliceandTea) and at least let me know was I have done wrong that day(October,11,2025) bacause I respect the rules of chaturbate and always try to follow them. Please, just let me know what I have done wrong, I had one PM from the member that I can be banned for fisting, but I really haven't show any fisting and haven't put my full hand in pussy or ass, I used only fingers making pussy fingering, my knuckles were visible.
I also think that I never have any violent shows on my account, I have some slappings and pumping shows in my tip menu but I confim that I never do it too hard and never cause myself harm.
If chaturbate team thinks that I violated their rules I really sincerely appologize for it and please, can they let me know what I have done wrong? Nice that you received an actual description of the violation, until today I've never seen such a detailed response in an initial email from support.

If your thumb was involved in there as well then it is looked at as "simulated fisting" and that is against the TOS. Your viewer was right to warn you about it

Of course if it is because of pump or slapping or any reason they will describe I accept and promise to delete all of actions they find prohibited from my page and be much more careful to my chats, requests from members and shows on chaturbate. But I'm really worried that support haven't still answered by e-mail. They are not answering for 4 days. Maybe they lost my e-mail? I hope to find out what I have done wrong, I think I should know the reason of being banned to make my streams better in future and not have any mistakes. Please, please, please @punker barbie find out if you have any information about my account. I will wait for the details and hope I can have an opportunity to return to my chaturbate without any future violations.

@AliceandTea it can take up to 2 weeks to get a reply. Sometimes linger depending on the reason and number of people affected. You'll need to be patient.
