Hello. I would like to ask for advice and maybe some help regarding my Chaturbate account ban.
I have been working on Chaturbate since 2019. I really love this platform and sincerely want to continue working there. For me, Chaturbate was not just another website — it was the main place where I built my work, my audience, and my experience as a model.
I never intentionally tried to violate the rules of the site. If something happened that caused my ban, I truly regret it. I understand that Chaturbate has rules for a reason, and I respect the platform and its moderation decisions.
At the same time, I would be very grateful if my case could be reviewed again, because I have always tried to work honestly, responsibly, and in good faith.

In the beginning, I worked through a studio, and later I started working independently. Over the years, I worked under the following nicknames:

- kiraholden
- beautyshape
- nikolewesty

I also worked from home under these nicknames:

- AliciaBiss
- Cherry_air

My account was banned more than a year ago. I contacted Chaturbate support at that time, but my appeal was denied. After that, I tried to reach out again, but unfortunately I did not receive any further response.
I am not trying to blame anyone or argue with the platform. I only hope for a second chance, or at least a clearer explanation of whether there is any possible way to resolve this situation.
I am ready to follow any instructions, provide any information needed, and make sure that nothing like this ever happens again.

If anyone here has experience with a similar case, or if someone from Chaturbate support sees this, I would be very grateful for any advice or help.

Suspensions usually apply to the person tied to the ID verification, not just the specific account. If your identification was used on a studio account that was banned, any new accounts created with that same ID may also be automatically suspended.

To resolve it, you’ll need to contact Chaturbate support directly. Send ONE message to support@chaturbate.com or open a ticket through the SUBMIT A REQUEST portal.

In your message, explain the situation and ask them to disassociate your ID from the previously banned studio account. Once that’s cleared, you can then ask them to confirm whether you’re allowed to broadcast with a new individual account.

This is of course assuming that's why you're banned. If it was something else that they're claiming, let us know so that we can offer better advice.

I already contacted Chaturbate support, but they stopped replying to my messages. I received a denial before, and after that I tried to ask for clarification, but I have not received any further response.
I want to clarify that the suspension happened when I was already working independently from home, not through a studio. The suspended username was AliciaBiss.
I am not trying to bypass the rules or argue with Chaturbate. I just want to understand the reason for the suspension and know if there is any possible way to work independently on the platform again.
If anyone has advice on what to do when support stops replying, I would really appreciate it.

If your appeal was denied, that means they're not going to deal with you anymore. That's why they don't reply (and probably won't here.)
