My partner and I are both dealing with the same issue, and unfortunately, we haven’t received any response from the support team, even after submitting several forms through the official Support page.
Her account (username: creamsweet666) was banned along with the ID that was associated with it, and although she deleted the account after the ban, that ID remains blocked. Because of that, she can’t use her ID to open a new account, and we’re hoping this can be reviewed. As for me, I’ve also been waiting for over a month for a reply regarding my own appeal (username: maxteranonimus). We completely understand that many cases are being processed, but we would be very grateful if you could please help us or guide us on how to move forward.
