Account banned....

Banned: no reason given just a blanket "you may have violated terms". I sent an email they havent responded. What I get back is ..This is an automated response confirming we’ve received your email. A customer service specialist will be in touch soon. Emails are handled in the order received, so sending multiple messages on the same inquiry may delay our response..... but no one gets back to me
What do I do?

@punker barbie... please help diagnose why I was banned and help me get it lifted. It was never my intention to do anything wrong and apologize if I did. Cb has not replied to me I can't seen to get any answer from them
