When I logged in Monday morning December 1st, I got the notification that my account was banned without any information just the notice “we have reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service. please use the desktop version of the site for more information.” When I used the desktop version, I got not more information.
. I wrote a mail to Chaturbate, asking for more information about this ban. After two weeks on Sunday 14th, I still hadn’t received any answer. So I decided to write another mail to Chaturbate. But now reading here on this forum it says if you post another mail to Chaturbate then you are added at the back of the queue. So now I am waiting almost 3 weeks already. Could anyone tell me what the average waiting time from the support team is. I am a customer of Chaturbate for many years and I was gutted to see that my account got banned without any specific reason other than what I already wrote before. I have been logging in almost every single day, but still no more news. My username is Yourtouchisnice. Thanks in advance for any information!
