Hello @punker barbie my cb user name is nightnurse688...my account was banned a week a go . I think what led to the bann is background noises of kids playing which were noticeable and someone got concerned about the noise.
I sincerely apologise for that...schools had been closed and at the time of incident my neighbours kids were playing outside and its so unfortunate that my rooms just next to the playing area thats why the noise was noticeable...I will be careful next time id better mute than letting the kids noises destruct my room.
I sincerely apologise for that and I'm asking for any possible way to fix that so that I can get back to camming or if there is anything else I did wrong please let me know and how I could help fix.

I’m writing to kindly ask for clarification regarding the ban placed on my account. I recently noticed that my account was disabled, and I’m not entirely sure what rule or guideline I may have violated.
If I made a mistake or unintentionally went against any of Chaturbate’s terms or community guidelines, I sincerely apologize. That was never my intention. I value the platform and would really appreciate understanding what went wrong so I can avoid repeating the issue in the future.
I would also like to kindly ask if there is any way for my account to be reviewed or reinstated, or if there are any steps I can take to resolve this matter.

Hello @punker barbie my account was banned and after reaching out to the support team the attached file was their response... I really think its a mistake, I dont have any idea of what happened.
I have texted the support team to review the activity , at no point did I permit , attempt or participate in the use of another person’s identification for age verification i also did not grant access to my account to a third party, given that I was on a short break for my festive period from 24rd to 27th December and not actively camming at time the incident happened. I am wondering if it might be an error, misunderstanding or unauthorized activity associated with my account. My usename is iampolca any assistance will be appreciated.

After conducting a thorough review of my past activity, I would like to provide additional clarification that may be relevant to your investigation. When I first started camming, I was briefly affiliated with a studio. After leaving the studio, I created and independently operated my Chaturbate account under the username iampolca, which I have been using consistently for approximately one year.

At the time, I believed that my previous studio-associated account (luckyshee) had been properly deactivated. However, it has recently come to my attention that the former studio moderator did not deactivate that account and may have attempted to use my account for verification purposes after her own account had been permanently terminated.

I want to sincerely state that I was not aware of this activity at the time it occurred, nor did I authorize or permit it. During the period in question, I was not camming and was on a short Christmas break, which is why I did not notice the issue immediately.
I have explained this to the support staff but they have not responded....
I'm kindly asking for them to review both accounts, it will be evident i have not been in access of the account by the username luckyshee which was used for the verification.
