Hello. My account has been blocked. Customer support hasn't responded for a week. I don't understand what I did or what I did wrong. I want to fix this and continue using the site. Please help me and tell me how to resolve this issue. My Chaturbate nickname is Jack__Wan.

Your account does not seem to be banned, as I can access your page and see your profile. I think that is good news; being blocked is so much less scary than being banned. It doesn't mean the block will be removed for sure, but it does mean you have better chances of getting a positive outcome.

In any case, support often takes more than one week to answer. If you don't hear from them in the next few days, you may want to give @ punker barbie a shoutout here.
