First of all I need to point out that I’m writing this for a Spanish speaking model friend of mine that knows only a limited amount of English.
Earlier this evening her account banned while we were talking in private. She suffers from depression and felt she just needed to talk. Unfortunately that conversation included some non descriptive reference to abuse she had suffered as child and a young adult. Yes, it was the wrong place for the discussion, we both realize that now, but there was absolutely nothing sexual going on between the two of us. She has emailed support but as of now I don’t have a ticket number. She also has a fairly sizable amount of tokens that she can’t get at because of the ban and is wondering if those are now forfeit. Any help or guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
